Almost two years ago five women’s rights, gender and development organisations in
five different countries started the Grundtvig-project “Economic Literacy across Europe:
Exchange and Cooperation to Promote a Feminist Approach in Adult Education”.

Sisterhood is global – Teilnahme am Südwind Straßenfest
Am 30. Mai fand das Südwind-Straßenfest im Alten AKH statt. WIDE war gemeinsam mit der Frauensolidarität und Women on Air mit einem Infotisch vertreten.
Neben dem WIDE-Quizz mit anschließender Verlosung, konnte frau auch WIDE t-shirts erwerben.

Produktion für die Menschen und Frauen im Globalen Süden hat.

(Wien, 11.3.2010) Das internationale WIDE-Netzwerk hat zum 54. Treffen der UN-Frauenstatus-Kommission (CSW) ein Statement erarbeitet, das von vielen Frauenorganisationen mitunterzeichnet und vor den Delegierten der Staaten vorgetragen wurde.
